Paula & the beginnings of Twin Rivers Real Estate Ltd (LJ Hooker Ngaruawahia)

Paula Jelaca is the managing director of LJ Hooker Ngaruawahia named Twin Rivers Real Estate Ltd. Making our office the only locally owned and operated real estate office in town. She started her Real Estate career in Hamilton as a rural agent in 2005. Then took on a management role for a different company in Ngaruawahia, after doing that for a few years Paula took the next step to owner her own Real Estate company. She is now the proud owner of Twin Rivers Real Estate Ltd, a franchise of LJ Hooker. Having lived and worked in the community for a long time, she feels that Ngaruawahia is experiencing great growth and is loving being part of this & helping others into their own properties here.

When asked about her job, Paula says "I love my job and I love selling Real Estate! I know what it takes to get the job done, and am prepared to put in the hard yards when it comes to providing the best possible service".

We are proud of Paula's many awards over her Real Estate career, starting with winning the National Rookie of the Year her first year in Real Estate, and in 2013 she became a member of the LJ Hooker Captains Club which was established to recognise a group of high achieving, customer driven professionals.
